This hotel has a fantastic location. It is located directly above train station and department store (Takashimaya). So it is very convenient for hotel guests to go anywhere in Osaka or Kanzai area. Staffs are also the best, especially the concierge desk staff who provide me with a solution to every question I have. I personally recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Osaka. You won't be disappointed.

Location Spacious rooms with a nice skyline view Excellent service

Bars and restaurants are relatively costly. Go for the local stuff instead, it's right outside your door.

We needed at hotel for 1 single night in Osaka, and booked the Swissotel via Agoda on the same day. The reason for our choice was primarily location and a very fair rate. We wanted to stay in the Namba St. area because we wanted to check out the Dotombori-area at night, and this hotel was perfect for that. We normally do not stay a a high-end hotel like this, but it was, of course, very nice and the service was extremely professional. But if you're looking for the best of the best, this hotel would be a good choice, especially because of its exceptional location. We did not try any of the hotel's bars or restaurants!

Travel tip : Check out the arcades in the Dotombori-area at night, or the Namba Walk underground. Head for the American Area if you want to go clubbing. Ask the service desk at the hotel for a nice sushi place - it pays off well.

arrival map on internet,should be more specific like the map they have in thr hotel-(exit from the metro)

the hotel is very modern with everything needed just their. most of the staff was very helpful and very pleasant.all of them have good enough english.The room was spacious,the view was great and the bed very comfortable.Best thing of the hotel is its location.Seated on junction of train station and metro station were you can easily get to everywhere including a very covenient train to the airport.
