the hotel is right on top of the train station, and beside so many restaurants! we didn't have to leave the place since we were in osaka for a food trip! rooms are a bit small but is expected with japanese hotels...will definitely book this hotel again in my next visit to osaka, namba area.

這次住了2種房型,分別為advantage及行政套房,以3人同住而言,advantage房型的cp值較高,若要住套房,選擇junior suite較優!訂房時切記事先註明禁菸房,否則到時住到吸煙房,即使不抽煙,房內煙味也會很重!

Rooms are definitely comfortable and clean. Not a spec of dirt! Although Japanese standards for cleanliness are really high. Location is very good! Train station is a door away, shopping at Shinsaibashi is just a block away, Namba mall is jsut outside the hotel, little restaurants and fast food are just below the hotel. Everything is wonderful about this hotel. The only thing negative is it might be confusing at first to step out of the hotel since the lobby does not bring you to ground level (4th floor). Ground level is another extra elevator ride down.
Restaurant Tip:
Japanese street food is the bomb!!! Clean and adventurous!

Had a problem checking in because we were being charged US$20 for an extra person per night even if we TRIED to register 2people to a room via Agoda, the computer would not accept. Its like the computer is defaulted to only 1 occupant per room which is crazy. Is this their way of charging you more money upon check in? I had to argue with the front desk as we came in from a late flight and we were tired by the time we got to the hotel.
Other than that, the rooms were great and the location of the hotel is really very convenient for shopping, eating, sight seeing, etc.
Front desk staff were not so friendly.
Travel tip:
You have to make sure you book 2 people to a room if there will be two of you when you make your booking, otherwise they will try to charge you extra for the other person.
