Overall expensive was good. Excellent location. A lot of shopping and food in the area to choose from. Hairdryer in my room was broken but front desk staff was responsive enough to change it for me. Concierge staff was helpful but a little less passionate. A little robotic in their response.

the room was small although it was very clean. the location was excellent for shopping and dinning, especially for nightlife. I enjoyed a local festival held in front the hotel during my stay.

swissotel has its standard so i don't think it's better than average much. however, i felt worth what i have spent. this hotel is just above the station and shopping center. at first, i could't find the hotel because lobby is in the 6th floor same building of train station. moreover, i could walk to dontonbori and shinsaibashi in 5 mins which it's better than ride subway because ,unlike tokyo, you have to wait a long time for subway to arrive.
