Extremely pleased with this centrally-located hotel with great service, nice and large rooms (by Japan standards) and multiple amenities in the hotel and surroundings. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in Osaka!

Location is great, Swiss hotel is very comfortable and staff are respectful and not intrusive.
It is very clean and convenient for everything and everywhere.
The railway staion is accessible from the third floor and trains have very good connections to everywhere.

The hotel itself cannot be put to fault, the only thing I would say though is that the breakfast was VERY expensive at 3000 yen - very nice but not 3000 yen nice.
