The hotel located next to Namba Subway Station which will only take around 40 mins to Kansai Airport by Airport express and right next to Osaka's main shopping district. Their staffs can speak fluently speak English and were really helpful.

My 2 kids, husband and I booked 2 rooms through Agoda Company Ltd. We had such a wonderfull time and were more than satisfies with the service especially with the concierge which we found very helpful.
But much to our dismay, when we checked in, we were informed that we would be charged J
, I assumed that maximum occupancy meant 2 adults per room. As is the usual case in all hotels I've been to. But the hotel insists that only 1 adult per room is what I booked for. Apparently, the hotel voucher indicates I booked 2 rooms with maximum occupancy of 2 people.
