Excellent helpful staff, proximity to the train station and Universal Studios. Access to the ferry. The staff were very helpful and the quality of the room was very good. The hotel is located 100m from the train station and 250m from Universal Studios and the ferry terminal is directly outside.
Half of the rooms overlook Universal Studios giving an excellent view of the roller coaster and firework display.
Tickets for the ferry and Universal Studios can be purchased from the hotel.
Internet access was free.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Buy tickets from the hotel for the ferry to the worlds largest ferris wheel and get a discount. The ferris wheel is usually empty during the evening.
