Loved the hotel - big rooms for Japan standard. Very clean. English speaking can get a little frustrating as they get all excited over a small thing. The bus shuttle service is not throughout the day. Loved the hotel and would stay there again as the location is also very good. Loved Rinku town shopping with the Outlet Store and lots of food outlets. If you are coming from Osaka, take the train that stops at Rinku Town. Though Kansai Sirport Washington offers a free bus shuttle between the hotal and airport, the service is not available throughout the day. It is very easy to go from Rinku Town station to the hotel - just use exit 5 to go to hotel - very easy.

It's near good shopping centers and the Premium Outlet Store. Very helpful and complete convenience store. It has a different more restrictive policy for on line bookings (e.g no extensions, no late check out) Kansai Washington Hotel is convenient if you're waiting for a flight and you want to do some last minute shopping. There's a very serviceable 24 hour convenience store, a nearby outlet mall and a 105 yen store selling quality and inexpensive (at least by Japanese standards). However if you want do some sports or swimming, there isn't much they can offer.
Hotel Feature Tip : The 24 hour Convenience store is called Family Mart. Their food is substantial (and sometimes on sale) for breakfast lunch or dinner.\n\nCheck out the 105 yen store nearby.

Very convenient to Kansai Airport and Rinku Town shopping (opp. exit to Washington Hotel).
Great price, clean, friendly. On our first visit to Japan, we arrived late at night and needed accommodation close to the airport. Washington Hotel Kansai at Rinku Town met all our requirements. At this airport you have easy access to the JR line, a great bonus, plus all the necessities: clean, comfortable room, plus in-house dining and convenient store. We were so happy with Washington Hotel that we booked in for the last two nights of our trip. We would recommend this hotel.

Very close to shopping spot - Rinku Town and the JR stations. Fully facilitated room. Far from the center of Osaka city. The hotel is very convenient to get to from the Kansai airport. The service is acceptable according to the rate charged. Getting to and from the city is pretty easy with the station of JR lines just a 5 mins walk from the hotel. 10 mins walk from the hotel you can find shopping spot, Rinku Town where many stuffs can be seen.

The carpet in the room needs some freshness I enjoyed my staying there with my family. The hotel location is so strategic where i Kansai Airport can be reached easily. Other things that, the Rinku Premium Outlet where i enjoyed shopping there also was so attractive. I only took five minutes journey by car to reach to this outlet from the hotel.
Additionally, even this hotel seems like a business class hotel, but the room condition was perfect and well managed with best selected furniture and equipments. I'm sure that i will be staying again in this hotel for the future.
Shopping Tip : Best shopping outlet in Kansai area where Rinku Premium Outlet is located nearby the hotel

Close to Kansai airport. Very smooth and free shuttle ride. Reception and staff friendly and helpful. Room small, but clean and with everything you need. Restaurant (evening and breakfast) rather expensive for what you get. Evening restaurant very noisy and a la carte menu not too exciting. This hotel can be recommended as a very convenient place if arriving at or departing from Osaka Kansai airport. Room absolutely acceptable. Nothing amiss here and staff friendly and helpful. Very good and international shopping centre within walking distance (10-15 minutes) (if that's your fancy) in Rinku Town and similarly a big amusement park with a big Ferris wheel. But the park closes early. Hotel restaurant too noisy in the evening. The buffet stops serving all too early and the a la carte menu could be improved (too standard). This clearly is a place that thrives on being conveniently close to Kansai and not for Japanese or European style dining.
