Everything you need is in your room. Bed (obviously), Bath, shower, kettle, cooking ring, fridge, television, air conditioning and balcony for fresh air when needed.
Staff are very helpful and most speak some English.
The Hotel also has very good facilities including vending machines, washing machines and tumble driers and (paid for) PCs with Internet access.
Location is not ideal but there are plenty of good places to eat and subway access means you can easily get to anywhere you need to.
We have stayed in many "business hotels" in Japan and on balance the Weekly Mansion is the best of the lot for facilities, ease and price. We will definitely use it again. No fuss, friendly, helpful, good price and all the facilities you need for an easy and pleasant stay.
The general standard is not 5 star but the price reflects this.
Restaurant Tip : There is an excellent restaurant on the main road round the corner and up to the crossroads then turn right and it's on your left. It's called Shirokiya. It's part of a chain but the menu is great, the staff are helpful and the menu also has English sub-titles.

Kitchen in the room and laundry in the ground floor.
the room is an apartment, the staff counter closed at 8pm though they are sitting inside the staff room and u can call them anytime.
the staffs are friendly and helpful but you are living with people who are also renting the apartment. so it might feel strange for some tourist. and the room is more of an apartment than a hotel room, which might be good for some. the location is quite far actually and can be tiring.
Restaurant Tip : plenty of good restaurants in the area though it's still quite far off from tourist spot...

room size is good enogh (compare to other JP hotels)
Location is not easy to find, they should send email for hotel map( large and detail). Due to different subway exits, we almost lost our way. As to facillity, all are not new. Only one thing is good, that is the room size. It is big than other hotel.
