convienient location. easy to get to subway and places to sightsee. hotel room was clean and simple with a balcony for night viewing. had fridge and stuff to cook with if desired. the staff was helpful in answering questions and providing directions to places. some had very good english.had laundry room.lots of storage space for clothes.
would like to have free internet for limited time. the bathroom was quite small.
it is a no frills hotel that we expected when we came. it was nice for us as we just needed a place to put our things and rest for the night. we came to see japan, not our hotel room! the staff was courteous and helpful with our questions and provided directions the best they could. it was nice to be able to do your laundry there at your convience. there was a family mart just down the street and a little restaurant next door that we went to and even got to try takiyaki at!(the cook was quite handsome too and very nice) we liked having the little balcony to go out on at night and just get some air. wish we could have had more tv channels (free) to watch. the comforters and pillows were very cozy.(june) the outside of the hotel was not like the picture says my daughter. it was a bit hard to see from the street. overall, it was nice for budget travelors even though it was in a business area.i am not a seasoned travelor in japan yet but i enjoyed our stay there.
Restaurant Tip : the restaurant next to the hotel was nice. there was a language barrier because of our limited japanese but the cook was very nice and recommended a dish for my daughter which she really liked. he was fast and very polite. it was nice cause we were tired after a long sightseeing day and did not know where to go to eat.

We had a 1-bedroom "apartment" and we were very happy with it. Good space, kitchen, bathroom, heaps of cubboards, English TV, Broadband connection free (not WiFi)
A little run-down but excellent value for the price compared to hotel rooms
We were very satified with the accommodation. Comfortable enough and spacious for Japan.
We could cook our own breakfast (although there are no knives and forks, only chopsticks).
The staff were polite and helpful.
It's very convenient to the subway.
Hotel Feature Tip : Get off airport train at Tennoji station and change to Tanamachi subway line (only 3 stops)

Good value for money when booked from agoda. Has most amenities a more expensive hotel would have. Close proximity to city area of osaka. Easy to move around
bathroom is small, but most are in japan.

Has most amenities a more expensive hotel would have, like hair dryer, microwave, tv, bed,bathrobe, towels etc. For the price of cheap guesthouses which would have given you only a place to sleep and nothing else. Close proximity to city area of osaka. Quite near to center of Osaka city, easy access to most sightseeing areas, especially those around Osaka castle area.
