I arrived at the Com S Hotel the afternoon before an early morning flight the next day. The desk manager had my Agoda reservation at hand and he had already assigned me a room. This Hotel is located in the terminal just steps away from the airline counters and departure gates. I cannot imagine a more convenient location. The room was small for two people but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Mainly we were looking for a comfortable night's sleep prior to a long day of international travel and a convenient location for an early flight. We got both of these things.
Hotel Feature Tip : The airline counters area has a special counter for international departures with its own baggage scanner. Don't miss this. They were very helpful.

Hotel is inside the airport. Cannot be closer!
No wireless Internet connection. They propose to rent you a PC but in our days everyone is travelling with his own Laptop or netbook. What do we need is a wireless connection at a reasonable price. I had to go to the Internet Cafe inside the airport area but this has to be closed at 21h00 when airport was shutting down.
Very nice Hotel with Large rooms and all amenities Internet excluded (see cons above).
The Communication in English with the personnel is somehow erratic depending to the person being at the desk. But this was general in Japan and not only typical to Hokkaido.
Hotel Feature Tip : The Hotel is located inside the airport terminal and therefore all amenities located inside a terminal are at hand e.g. Restaurants, shopping centre, bars etc.... The drawback is that all these are closing down at about 20h30 or at 21h00 at latest,as the terminal is shutting down. Therefore, after 21h00 there is no place to go even for a drink!! But if you are going early to bed then this is an excellent hotel!

Convenience, free internet, restaurant/bar right in the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The room had a stale smell to it but was very comfortable.
I had to overnight at the hotel and was very happy to have such easy access to restaurants and shops. I could shop for awhile, go back to my room for a break and then return to the shops later in the day. The convenience of just having to walk through the airport the next day to catch my flight was great. I would definitely stay there again.
Restaurant Tip : Was very happy to find a Ramen noodle section in the restaurants. It's my favorite thing to eat in Japan.
