The hotel is actually part of the New Chitose Airport terminal building. For an early morning flight, it's an ideal location.
This hotel was 2 minutes walk from the check in desk. Couldn't be better located. The room was comfortable, very clean, supplying everything you would expect of a hotel in this class. There was a nice and varied breakfast with Japanese and European/American choices; all very nice before a long flight. This was a good deal.
Shopping Tip : The shops and restaurants all close much earlier than you would expect for an airport location, so check it out before you settle into your room.

Hotel is in the airport and the outlet is just 1 station away (fare 300 yen). The best thing I like is we could go into the room earlier than we expected. And the first floor (by the hotel elevator) has a convenience store that have everything you need. The breakfast was great.

Positioned at the airport convenient for travelling through to Niseko the next morning. breakfast, cleanliness
Pillow was far too hard, staff a little lost with only English speaking customer. I also have very little Japanese.
The room was very nice and convenient to stay at while travelling through Sapporo. I found the bed was firm but the pillow was too hard making it very uncomfortable for me. Restarant staff were very friendly and efficient in the during breakfast. I would definately stay there again next time I am travelling to Japan to ski at Niseko. Many thanks for looking after me while transiting through your city.

Convenient, clean and good buffet breakfast.
Non-smoking room had a hint of cigarette smoke odor to it.
This is the second time I have stayed here. Its convenience and reasonable price are the two biggest pluses. The rooms are clean and the beds pretty comfortable. The Staff are courteous and attentive. the Buffet breakfast is also quite good.

Rob Roy bar was really cosy, hotel very handy for through travel. Great new airport with amazing shops. Very pleasant night.
Have had better breakfasts at similar hotels before.
We had endless trouble trying to book online for 2 adults and 3 kids. We knew we needed 2 rooms.... but only option was twin or double online. Somehow in your confirmation note we had "2 adults, 3 children. 2 rooms, one extra bed. Breakfast included"
I was pretty pleased..... until at the reception they only had us down for 2 twin rooms, no an extra bed was not allowed for, but we could pay extra for a different pair of rooms...one twin and one triple. (which was actually a twin with an extra bed!!) Quite exasperating!!
Restaurant Tip : If you really crave some Western food... the 'Bagel & Bagel' shop do wonders! They are within the main shopping mall, closer to the live crab end thsn the glass shop..not great directions, sorry!!

Attached to the airport. Very, very convenient for overnight stays and access to train and planes.
Room was very small, and dingy. Also very hot. Stayed in Room 315. Needs to be remodeled.
I would suggest this as a place to stay for one night if you wer arriving late in Sapporo and leaving the next day. The room was very small, and dingy. Also very hot. I had to ask the Hotel staff to open the emergency window to get some fresh air. Stayed in Room 315. Needs to be remodeled. From conversations with friends who were also in the hotel that night, they indicated that the remodeled rooms are few in number and located on upper floors.
Hotel Feature Tip : Request an upper floor-you will increase your chances of a remodeled room.

Convenience, location, decor, rooms.
Smell of cigarette smoke, lack of temperature controls in room apart from hot or even hotter. Breakfast could start earlier.
The Hotel is in an excellent location for all airport users at Chitose. It is easily accessible and the lifts are good and roomy, with good wheelchair access, which we needed. The staff were very friendly and polite, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The reception is particularly welcoming. We were unable to sample the breakfast as our check in time was 6.30am. The room was comfortable and well appointed and with the only proviso being that it was very hot. Overall we were very satisfied and have already recommended the hotel to other travelers.
Restaurant Tip : Great variety of food available in airport.

It had great location.
Comfortable beds.
Adequate breakfast.
slightly expensive for one night. But i guess you pay for convenience.
The hotel was excellent for a short term place to sleep after arriving in Sapporo and having to take an early train the next day. It was convenient and comfortable. i will use them again on the return leg of the journey.

The staff was really kind and helpful, and helped me with some Japanese addresses and filling in a form in a way that went much beyond the ordinary service.
There was light smell of cigarette in the room though, and I wasn't sure if this was because I had been given a smoking room instead of non-smoking one, or because of some ventilation problem.
The hotel has an excellent location at the New Chitose airport, which means that it is very convenient for travellers with early flight or late arrival. Also the many airport shops are in an easy reach for last minute souvenir shopping. The room was small but nice, and despite the fact of being located in the middle of the airport, the room was quiet, not noisy at all. There was light smell of cigarette in the room though, and I wasn't sure if this was because I had been given a smoking room instead of non-smoking one, or because of some ventilation problem. The staff was extremely helpful, and took care of my special problem concerning Japanese address and filling in a form in a way that went much beyond any ordinary service. The breakfast was full and varied, and available from early on, which was good for those whose plane left early.
Shopping Tip : You can do much of the souvenir shopping at the airport itself, which is convenient as you don't need to worry about leaving time to buy presents in the city before going to the airport, or to carry your buyings to meetings and in the train.

Convenient location! Free Internet and use of the computer!
Breakfast was not very good.
The price was okay and the location was great! Friendly staff, although it would be nice to have someone that understands English a little bit better for questions about the area.
Shopping Tip : There is a nice grocery store 6 minutes, two train stops away, from airport, easy to find, plus a 100 Yen store on the fourth floor of station connection.
The free shuttle to the mall seems nice, but I haven't gone to the mall as of yet.

Convenience and reasonable price.
You still have to travel at least 30 minutes away for the nearest tourist site such as Sapporo city.
What prompted me to write this review was the kindness and hospitality of the staff at Hotel Com's New Chitose Airport hotel. After checking out of the hotel we needed to stow our luggage somewhere in the airport as we where flying out the day. We had one more night in Hokkaido in a different area and we didn't want to take everything along with us. I ended up asking the Hotel receptionist where in the airport could we leave our luggage overnight and he offered to hold it for us even though we were already checked out and weren't staying there. Needless to say it was a pleasant surprise.
As far as the basics go the hotel can't be beat for convenience as it is right in the airport and over a JR train station. This was invaluable to us as we were terribly jet lagged. Even though we arrived in Hokkaido relatively early in the evening at 8:45pm, it was 1:45am our home time. The queen bed waiting for us was also a nice surprise. There was also a nice deep tub for those of us that enjoy the furo experience in Japan. The hotel also had a pretty good breakfast buffet which featured both standard american and japanese selections.
All in all it was a very nice three-night stay at the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : There is a pretty decent ramen shop within site of the 1st floor exit of the hotel. Several bus and tour companies have stands near the same exit as well which was great for us as we had a "Bigrun" bus to catch in the morning as the train system can't take you everywhere.

This is a western-style business hotel for one or at most two-night stopovers. The double rooms are spacious by Japanese standards and well-appointed. The American and Japanese breakfast was excellent. The hotel suited us very well and we much enjoyed our stay.
Shopping Tip : There is a free shuttle to the Rera Outlet Mall, with all the big brands sited there. The locals were buying steadily in a clean, spacious open-air mall.
Don't expect any real bargains compared to say Las Vegas.

Excellent breakfast buffet
This hotel is very convenient in the airport terminal and easy to find. You can take your luggage trolley all the way to your room. The breakfast buffet has an excellent range to enjoy before heading up to the ski slopes on the bus
