Free wifi, breakfast, coffee (after 3pm)
Good location, especially during snow festival
If you are tall the bathrooms could fell very small, but that is a common problem on alot of hotels
We stayed here during the snow festival and both Odori Park and the ice sculpture street is just a short walk from the hotel. The prices goes up during the snow festival so book well in advance to have more reasonable options to choose from. We booked a couple of months ahead and that was pushing it...

Nice room, warm and cosy. Fantasstic staff. Good breakfast.
No accesibility to movies and the pay tv had only one english channel and several explicit channels.
Apart from the Explicit contents on the Pay television and lack of movies the stay was very pleasant. It was a great place to escape the cold and snuggle up in front of the telly.
Great friendly staff, and appetising breakfast, great way to start the day!
All together two thumbs up.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The winter snow festival was a fantastic sight to see especailly atop the Clock Tower with amazing views. There`s plenty to see and a key spot if your off skying.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay for me - but for me, it was just a place to rest. I spent most of my time sightseeing and shopping, so it was just for sleep.
Shopping Tip : It is walking distance to some shopping areas, I especially liked the underground shopping place connected to the Odari subway, I spent hours there.
