Arrived at the lobby and saw a crowd at the reception desk. My husband and I were worried that the check in would take longer than expected but it turned out to be a smooth and efficient process. Knowing that we we on our honeymoon, the hotel staff also wrote us a card! A sweet and simple gesture that really made us felt very welcomed. Excellent rooftop onsen, was very clean and the view was awesome. Would definitely stay at cross hotel again on our next trip to Sapporo.

Small room but convenient location

My family stayed here for 5 nights. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!
Room: clean, comfortable, but quite small (room with twin beds)
Location: it is excellent access to all places , since it only takes several mins to JR station and metro station, you can easily find lots of restaurants nearby.
Price: reasonable
Overall, it is highly recommended

Great location for the hotel and the appearance is different to many traditional hotels. I am not sure if this was a great thing as the rooms were small, and the gadgets just made things seem smaller and were not gadgets I would necessarily use. But the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were modern and clean

rooms are compact but comfortable and efficient with all amenities that you need. the best is the free in room wifi. there is even a great gyoza joint next door so you can have a great snack even in the middle of the night

we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. it is very centrally located. although the rooms are compact. they are fully equipped and comfortable. the room has fee wifi so it is convenient for business travellers. the hotel is close to the station and to the main shopping street and odori park.. the hotel staff speaks english and are very helpful. i would definitely come back to cross the next time i come to sapporo

cool decoration, but weird noise from toilet
tv has a good selection of free shows, free performances scheduled directly outside the hotel.

the hotel's decorations were nicely done and very modern. had ongoing performances directly outside which added to the atmosphere. also provided free movies and shows on the tv. weird noises kept coming from the toilet walls though, so probably not the best place to get a rest if you are a light sleeper.

Modern and chip hotel

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, modern and well equipped. We slept very well during our stay. There was a small noodle shop nearby and food was great. Due to great location, we walked to many nice places for sightseeing. Sapporo clock, TV tower, Odori Park, fish market and Sapporo shopping centre. There were many seafood restaurants serving authentic food and pricing was reasonable. It was convenient to catch JR line to other interesting places as the railway and subway connection was great. We took a train ride to enjoy hot spring stay.
Travel tip:
Hotel reception is on second level.
