This hotel is incredibly easy to find - right at the Sapparo train station. This means it is also really central for exploring the city & getting to the university.
Although it didn't say on my booking, breakfast was included. This is a typical Japanese-style buffet. Very welcome at the start of the day, although the buffet was only only until 9am.
There is a public bath (showers & o-furo) in the basement.
My room was comfortable & well-equipped, including free LAN.
I would stay in this hotel again.

superb location, just outside Sapporo station, clean room, free & good breakfast- would be great if a wider spread can be provided.

Room is small but well-designed. Excellent location. Helpful staff. Free wifi in the lobby & fast Internet (LAN) in the room. Will stay there again.

Strategy loation, friendly saff
This hotel just 3 min walk from the JR iesstation and close to the sightseeing spots. Some of the staff can speak well in english and very attentive. I would stay in this hotel again.

The hotel rooms are very small but clean. I did not have wifi reception but as soon as I called I got my own router in my room at no extra charge (when they could have told me to use the LAN cable)
The public bath in the basement is fab
Be careful, some reception staff don't speak English but they will answer yes and no to your questions even if they don't understand you.
Breakfast is ALWAYS FREE and included even if it doesn't say so on your voucher (it isn't great though)

Breakfast - although its not big and large restaurant, but the food taste good!
Printing and Computer provided - I forgot the print a hotel voucher for my next hotel; and that was a great surprise that there is a printer free for you to use!

it was snowy weather when i reach Sapporo, luckily the hotel just across a street while my thick clothes were still in my suit case. surprise that there is a small Onsen downstairs;
Coined washer and dryer are available; Computer and Printer are free to use at lobby; breakfast is good with varieties; close to eating and shopping; near railway and bus stations;
only that the room sre not so clean; and a bit old. No wifi inside room, need LAN wire.

Perfect for what we needed
Pub downstairs, very clean and friendly satff, great location

Highly recommended, would stay there again. Close to city hub and easy access to train station. Perfect for overnight stop-over on the way to the ski resorts at Niseko. Breakfast was fantastic and staff are exceptionally friendly. Rooms very small though but super clean. We will definately be back when passing through Sapporo again.

This is a typical good value for the money (for Japan) hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable the service is professional and friendly. The best feature however is the communal bathroom in the basement and the Hotels location across the street from the train station. The breakfasts are not great but definitely adequate..so all in all a very nice place for a few nights
