The staff were really friendly and helpful though they couldn't speak English. We communicated through simple words and sign language. The next day we had a late check out because we weren't aware that the check out time was 10am. We only left the room at 12pm yet the staff did not charge us. It was very sweet of them! Fyi, the hotel is a few blocks down from Nakajimajoen subway station, approximately 15 minutes walk, but it was pleasant with many convenient stores along the way.

Easy to access all shopping location, near to Nakajima Koen subway.

Walking distance to Susukino and Sapporo station. Near by supermarket and convenience to all tourist attraction.
Wifi is ok.
I will consider to stay in this hotel next time if the promotion price is ok.

Good location for the snow festival

The staff were very nice about us sitting in the hotel lobby waiting for our evening flight. The staff didn't speak any English. The wifi kept disconnecting from my Ipad.

The rooms were clean; WiFi was available; Staff were very willing to help despite poor English.
If you don't mind walking, this hotel is 5-10 minutes to great shopping, eateries and train stations.

the hotel room is very very small. although it's a semi double room, it's hard to stay two people. we cant open our luggage fully in the rest place of the room.
the staff is helpful but they can only speak a bit english.
the 500yen home made breakfast is good.
the location is good. only 3mins walk from station and there are many convenient stores. but it's quite hard to find it at the first time. it located in a lane. i suggest the hotel put a banner near the lane.

one of the male staff was trying to help me have wifi in my room. however, it just didn't work. in the end, he put the all equipment of wifi in my room. though he doesn't speak fluent english but he did his best even use the google translation to get what i want to express. all i can say is nice staff and u get a higher price on agoda if u choose this hotel than right at the counter.
