Great location and friendly staff

We stayed in this hotel in Nov 2012. The location was very good. Right outside the hotel, is a street of shops. Excellent for shopping and food. The rooms were big and spacious. Service from the staff was good. They were friendly and most of them are able to speak English. Across the street, there is a stop where we can take the airport bus to the airport. Very convenient.I will recommended it to my friends if they are in Sapporo.

lovely hotel and service with a smile

This hotel is located in a street where they are lots of shops. Good for shopping and food. The area is easy to find. Very big and clean rooms. Very friendly staff at the counter. Most of them are able to speak English and are very helpful. Most importantly, there is a bus stop just opposite the hotel which provides a direct bus to the Airport.

This room rate is reasonably priced and located within vicinity of many restaurants, shops and close to the train station. The rooms are pretty small in size and the poor Internet connection in lobby. No internet connection in the bedroom. I didn't have such problems in other Hokkaido hotels.

Great location and the triple room was spacious
Very convenient location as the airport bus from New Chitose Airport drop off passengers a little distance to the hotel and best part is this airport bus pick-up point to the airport is just opposite the hotel so convenient better than taking the train.

this hotel is along the covered road which stretches to 7 streets and is very close to the subway and the underground subway also has this pole town underground shopping mall. along the covered road just across to the opposite side from our hotel is this half lot restaurant which offers very cheap japanese meal. the best part of this restaurant is the food is also very good. real value for money and i can't another one cheaper than this one around the area.
the triple room is quite spacious by japanese standard. we have enough room for all our 3 big luggage bags and 3 small luggage bags. import thing is the room and the bedsheets very clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very convenient location and can easily access to some sightseeing locations and also for shopping.

we have a pleasant stay in hotel sunroute new sapporo. but the location a lil'bit hard to locate. we did walking around from susukino subway. it was dark sky and cold.
hotel staff speaks very limited english, but they gave us mount moiwa ropeway discount voucher. really happy.
very easy to access mount moiwa from street car station.
you may ask the hotel staff if you wish to go there.

Hotel is great when the room price is discounted.
Location is great, everywhere is shopping and eating places.

For the price we paid, we felt it was great as the hotel was near everything. Near Susukino subway station, 20 min walking distance to Sapporo JR train station, near a street car stop. Everywhere there is a eating place with affordable prices. Shopping is great with many types of shops, eg. toys, clothing, 100 yen items.
Restaurant Tip:
Everywhere there is a eating place with affordable prices. So always try different types of food.

Great location but small rooms"
Location is great , near every places : shopping centers, many restaurants and , tourist attractions , subway and JR Train Station.

We are happy staying at this hotel as all tourist attractions are within walking. Since it was raining nearly everyday but we can use walkways to go to JR train station .
The only thing we do not like is no WIFI in the room, only can use in the lobby. it is not convenient for foreign tourists . Compare to other small hotels in Japan, the provide what foreign tourists needs.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Easy access to tourist attractions. There is very long walkway from JR Station to our hotel and we enjoyed shopping in rainy days.
