This economy class hotel, situated in Chitose, is located 7 minutes from the JR Chitose Station. Guests can easily access the international airport using the hotel's free shuttle bus, or use the railway station. Office counter man was not very nice

This hotel is very nice. There is free internet and the single room is very cozy. Everyone else besides the counter man were warm and pleasant. The free shuttle bus service to Shin-Chitose Airport is a huge plus. This hotel is however not a big one, so don't expect gyms and pools. Last of all, it's cheaper than surrounding hotels and well worth it!

Like the big king size bed that they have. Also the location is in a convenient place with lots of restaurants.

room is a bit small

Overall the hotel is in a good location with many restaurants around and not too far from the railway station. It is also good that they provide shuttle bus to the airport so we do not have to trouble ourselves to find a taxi to get there. The staff were all very nice and tried to ven pack the morning breakfast, though it is a rice ball, for those who miss the breakfast due to early morning flight.Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Cleanliness, basic English at reception, free internet in foyer, breakfast included, close to JR Chitose Station (12 minutes walk).

Stayed here last week, wanted to stay in Sapporo but was all booked, this place is really cheap but the service is first rate. For anyone who has stayed at the Carlton Crest in Brisbane, QLD Australia, this is better and half the price. Only 30 minutes by train to sapporo (hotels in Chitose), great spot, highly recommend. About 12 minutes walk to Chitose train station, easy!
