Friendly staffs,nice & Clean room,well designed rooms,good location,free internet..
no many facilities like gym,salon..
It was a wonderful experience to stay at Sapporo Mercure Hotel in Japan.The hotel is located in the busy area,very easy to find restaurants and 24 hours stores.The famous sapporo noddle house just about 2 mins walk..The hotel look new and the room are nice designed and quite comfortable to stay! The lobby is on the 3rd floor,the front desk people are very friendly and great to have free internet in the lobby!

The arrangements in the room and Internet facility.
The hotel charges are different on different days which should not be. They should charge fixed rates.
Whe we wanted to extend the stay for 4 more days , they did not give proper response.
Mercure Hotels should not charge 1600 yens for breakfast which is very high compared to room charges. Communication in English is really a problem. When we book hotels through Agoda , we expect reception staff at hotels should respond in English.
They were not able to explain properly about city tour map.
