Rooms clean and comfortable. Close to Susukino entertainment area. Friendly and efficient staff. Free internet. The hotel is ideally suited for travelers who want to experience the night life in Sapporo. It is only a short walk to dozens of restaurants and bars, shops and department stores. It is great for eating and shopping. It is also quite close to the train stations - only a few minutes walk in most directions. The staff are friendly and efficient and have a good command of English. Internet is free, as is it in most hotels in Japan.

clean, efficient, extremely well located (essentially right in Susukino) which makes the choices for eating excellent. This clean, efficient and convenient hotel suited my needs well. It is a reasonable walk from the JR station (probably not so in winter). Best is its location essentially right in Susukino, so one's choices of good and convenient restaurants is immense. I did not try any of the hotel restaurants. The morning fish market is a mere 3 blocks away, under the closed arcade. Internet (by LAN only) works well. It is a good value when you are in Sapporo.

The room was comfortable and with good facilities.
The area the hotel is located in has good shopping around. You can walk to the main station in seven minutes.
Travel tip : The local tourist office at the station is particularly good with advice and maps and information on all matters.
