Staff spoke English. walking distance to the 2 main shopping arcades and City sightseeing 'Loople Bus' stop right out the front of the hotel. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly, even running to the lifts in front of us to press the button to go up. Helpful in showing what to do for sightseeing and where to eat. The room was very large in comparison to many hotels we have frequented in Japan. Pleasant atmosphere with a view over the city. Very nice Chinese restaurant on the B1 level. A little over-priced but excellent quality. Breakfast offered both Western and Japanese food. Mainly business travellers. Convenience store nearby. Very convenient to catch the City sightseeing bus right out the front of the hotel and only cost Y600 for the day. We would stay here again.

Highly recommend if they could train their staff in English so that it will help foreign travelers to get good advise/direction.
Breakfast selection must be improved; it is not worth to have your room rate include breakfast.
