Very close to the action in town. We were there for a festival and it was happening right next to the hotel and all down the street. It was great!!
Make sure you get a room on a higher floor as it could get noisy the closer to the street you get.
Solid hotel. Make sure you don't stop at the annex which we did. :-) It's a bit further down the road from the station.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to a Rakuten baseball game. Very close to the main Sendai station and a wonderful ballpark. A little far from the main station in Sendai. Take the subway one stop and you'll be right at the hotel's entrance.
