Well equipped hotel but rooms a bit small

This is a modern business hotel that is centrally located (right next to the metro line, not JR). The rooms are rather small but very clean and well equipped. We arrived early in the morning and the staff was very helpful with our early checkin process. There is a 7-11 convenient store inside of the hotel which is another plus.

Location was good, very near the Metro. Hotel was old though, as with the entire complex. Also not much hotel amenities. But staff was friendly and accomodating. I confirm it tends to get noisy at late nights, so best to get a higher floor. I think it is a bit more expensive than I would pay for. Overall rating was a 4-star, but I would rate it a 3.

Great location with great service
Great location, good size room, transport to Disney, good service and lot's of shops nearby.

Great location close to 2 sybways (5 lines) and easily connected to 3 JR stations in Yamanote line. There are many shops and dining around the area and there's a 7-11 right at the basement.
Nice to have direct transport to Disney & back. The room is reasonably size and clean. Great value for money.

Convenient & easy access to subway. Provide free transport to Disneyland.

rooms are too small, not able to put in 2 big luggages. but joining 1 day tour to mt fuji is convenient as coaches will pick up customers directly from the hotel. subway is just opposite the hotel, so going everywhere is convenient.
staff at front desk is not so friendly.

Airport limousine to your doorstep, Disney transfer for free, Very near the subway, Lots of good eating places nearby

This hotel is very convenient - opposite the subway. Plenty of good eating places just nearby. This is also one of the hotels that the Airport limousine pick up/drop of. They are also affiliated with Disneyland and hence provide free transport to Disneyland. My major dissatisfaction is that there is dust mite in the room.

Thank to the hotel, we have good time, Hotel serve good service and kind instruction for my family, this is the first time we go with family. My wife have a good memory about the hotel. We can go to many sightseeing places easily, and to the business center. Next time coming to Tokyo, I will choose the Hotel.
