I was particularly impressed with two things- the ease and availablility of the free shuttle bus getting me to and from the airport and the couteousness of all the staff at the hotel (and the bus driver). I thought the hotel was good value for money and I would not hesitate to stay there again or to recommend it to friends. Viv Head
Nearly everything- cleanliness, facilities, comfort and service
My only comment here is that the internet connection might have been included in the rate for the room rather than an extra.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the bus
A convenient place

Good hotel, rooms are small but clean. We booked a triple room for 2 adults and 2 children and space was scarce, but for one night, it's OK. There are only 3 elevators for the whole building, so the porters have to share them with the customers. This can be a problem during morning rush, when many people use the elevators, some to go to the breakfast room and back to their room and others to check out. The porters have to let the customers first and wait for the next elevator. We almost missed our shuttle bus, because the porter took too long to bring our luggage to the lobby. Also, the shuttle bus dropped us off at the first wing of terminal 1, so we had to walk all the way to the other wing with our luggage. The driver said he was not supposed to stop at the second wing... Overall it's a convenient place to stay if you have an early flight the next day. And the buffet is good, plenty of choice.
Proximity to the airport, good buffet, free shuttle bus to/from the airport.
Not enough elevators. Shuttle bus stops only at the first wing of terminal 1.

This hotel offers bus-to-Airport/Shopping Mall/Train Station services, which is very nice. It takes only 15 minutes to get to the Airport, and all of the staff are EXTREMELY helpful. The best part is they can speak english very well.
- Shopping Tip : If you get bored. take a bus to AEON shopping mall. Get lots of good food there.

We flew in from Sydney arriving at 7pm and needed a place to stay for the night before making our way onto Nagano. This hotel provided a comfortable bed and a meal - which is what we needed. However the food was not of a high quality and was overpriced (eg. 100g of meat, not cooked properly, was $30).
