They did not provided me with the option to upgrade to the club advantages. Maybe because it was booked through Agoda??
Nice hotel in Tokyo. As usual quite pricey but the service was excellent and the rooms are good. I would recommend to try to get the upgrade to club level advantages since they even offer champagne in the lounge. Great value if you have some business meeting in the early evening.

Confortable rooms, very nice view of the city
Charge for Internet connection.
The newspaper asked is not the newspaper got.
The reception who is not Japanese is very unpersonal.
Shopping Tip : The location is not bad, but the metro line that crosses this area is not the best one. You take so much time during the transfer to other parts of the city.

Good location at an affordable price.
This hotel is really value for money. It's located right in the centre of all the different districts in Tokyo. Although there isn't anything much happening around the hotel vicinity, the action is all within a 10-20min cab ride away (ave. 1,500yen). The hotel packs an ultra comfortable bed, and staff tat are ever ready to lend their local knowledge in advising u on the best places to visit and things to do, in english.

Breakfast is delicious, much choice. Nice bar, lounge Manhattan. Titanic Service.
The hotel is beautifully situated, is beautifully designed. The staff is very service oriented and nothing is too much. The rooms are ok, all you need is there. The rooms were just beautiful, especially the bathrooms. But the hotel itself and the bar is so good. The bar in the lounge mathattan makes everything okay with the view.
