This is easily a 4+ star hotel.
Location (walk to Ginza, Hibiya Park), Price, Quality of room.

Don't get fooled by the low star rating (2 stars I believe). This is Japan. Even in a 2 star, you'll have BETTER quality- than at most 4 (and even some 5) stars hotels in the US, or other parts of Asia. I suppose the main reason for the low star rating is the size of the rooms. But hey- you're in Tokyo. If you're concerned about small rooms... you're visiting the wrong country. With that said- the rooms are very modern, look like new furniture is slick, beds are big and comfy.. hallways, and lobby all modern and spotless. I travel constantly for business all over the world- and swing between world-class 5stars, and econo 3 stars at times, and... this was the first time I "risked" a 2-star. But I thought... its Japan- how bad can it be? Honestly- this really is a BARGAIN. Beautiful hotel... amazing location... for this price, in Ginza... this place really is an an incredible value.

I recommend this hotel if you don't mind being about 2 stops from shopping/attractions. 2 metro stops and you are in Ginza! Very quiet area, nice walk, convenience stores nearby and restaurants.

We chose to stay at this hotel because of it's close proximity to tsukiji fish market. We were planning to go to the fish auction at 5am so we needed a hotel in walking distance as trains/subways wouldn't be running this early. The hotel was about a fifteen minute walk down the main road. The hotel itself is a five minute walk from the closest station. If planning to go to tsukiji market or other sites around there, this hotel is a good choice. Rooms are small but that's expected of Japan.

Location is convenient, with a 5-8 minute walk to Hatchobori metro station. The hotel is fairly new, judging from the overall condition, as well as the facilities in the room.
The room itself is well-designed for the small size, with sufficient amenities for a comfortable stay. Having said that, the Double room is definitely too small for 2 persons, with hardly a space to walk past the other person.
Recommended for single occupancy only!
P/S. Staff speaks very little English. Be armed with a dictionary.
