Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Room was a little small for 2 people and our luggage, but the bed was comfortable. Not really close to much sightseeing.

Outrageous weekend rates
very clean, near centre, transport within 500m
5.7
This was the cleanest business hotel from the 3 different ones we had in Tokyo. However, it was a last minute booking for Saturday night at the outrageous rate for a tiny semi-double room.
The next day, I learned that the Sunday rate for the same room was and this is the hotel pricing policy. I understand that Tokyo is a busy city with high demand on weekends but 4 times the low fare is a bit over the top for what they offered.
If you manage to find a rate comparable to the Sunday one, by all means it's worth the money. Nearest train is about 500m away on the private Shinjuku line: beware it's not of much use and you'll need to pay the transfer fare for the larger metro network or walk further to get to a metro line station.

Great location for a two week stay
Comfortable, great location, tranquil area
8.3
It was a great hotel for our needs, as there was a train station about five minutes walk away, so we had easy access to all of Tokyo. The area itself was somewhat residential so it was quiet and friendly and nice to come back to after a busy day exploring the city. The staff spoke enough English for us to be able to communicate easily, and the room service was excellent. The rooms were very small but more than enough for my partner and I, as we spent little time in it.

Good value for money and very nice

Its a pretty spacious room considering standard hotel rooms in Japan. The bathroom is nice with fogless mirrors and a shower that can be used as a bath. Check in and check out can be done electronically, never go hungry with in-house vending machines and instant noodle sale in the front desk not to mention 5 minutes walk to any convenience stores and vending machines.
