This hotel was newly renovated, very clean, and overall nicely designed. It is within 10-15min walk of Roppongi nightlife. The staff was friendly and spoke good English, and checkin/checkout was fast and easy. I would classify as a business hotel.

rooms are quite nicely decorated, but very very small, noisy (noise from the expressway and from inside the hotel), check in wss not possible before 3pm even though they had available rooms, and internet connection was absolutely crappy, some pages took up to 10mn to load (i tried both wifi + cable, i asked to have another room, but it made no difference)

nice and new hotel that is very close to the tokyo metro stop roppongi itchome. with a convenience store just a block away and a few restaurants close by, this hotel is ideal for individuals that want a convenient room located in a good location.
the rooms are really small however and frequently one would have to move the chair around to navigate the corners however this place is ideal for the price if you are in tokyo for a short trip (i was there for 3 nights only).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Only an approximately 10 min walk to Roppongi.

Can be a bit hard to find not a very big sign once you no where it is its not to bad. Single rooms are small but very tidy great for a place to leave your luggage to go site seeing and in a great place if you want to hit the night life
