Nice hotel, but not a great location

It's small like most Japanese hotels are. It's older and a 7 minute walk to either train station. I do not believe it's used very much due to the location except at certain times of the year.

Brilliant Hotel for the Value

brilliant place to stay, hotel is quality. the room is spacious even for a single, and the table with table lamp ample to type on...the seating quality is poor though...the fridge fantastic, apa really have a good service going, and the daily yukata and amenities is great, the only con is the bed alarm is spoilt (the radio was great), and so there is literally an old school alarm clock there. the rest of the room is great for a business traveller just in for a seminar/deal, and you can hang all your suits, etc, and the internet cat5e cable is good enough. no bbc or cnn or cnbc,you have to pay for cable but that tends to be done by only the japanese locals or the losers who want to watch the adult channel and pay (by note or cash i believe) into some white box on each floor. that said, the hotel is a short walk from nishi ojima and sumiyoshi, and the streets have some decent food, so if you like me come back from work in otemachi/marunouchi, it is not too bad or far away, though i must say, east tokyo is the most deserted of all the places i've stayed in tokyo...great for people big on somehting quieter...feels like a more residential homely area of tokyo for sure...lots of poor old people (ageing population) around to be kind to i guess if you're into kindness...

prima hotel als goedkoper alernatief
goedkoop, dicht bij subway stations, weinig touristen....voelt echt japans aan

Klein hotel, vriendelijk maar slecht engels sprekend personeel.
Kamers zijn klein ....maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.
In het toch al dure Tokyo een goed alernatief!

De karaoke bars bij kameido zijn leuk om eens naar toe te gaan

From Narita International Airport:
Take Keisei Main Line train from Narita Terminal 2 Station to Keisei-yawata Station, and then walk to Motoyawata Station and take Shinjuku Line to Sumiyoshi Station. The hotel is about 8 min walk from Sumiyoshi Station (exit #A4).
To Tokyo Skytree: Walk to Sumiyoshi Station (8 min walk) and take Hanzomon Line to Oshiage Station (5 min, 2 stops)
To Tokyo Station : Walk to Sumiyoshi Station and take Shinjuku Line to Bakuroyokoyama Station, and then transfer to Bakurocho Station and take JR Sobu Line to Tokyo Station. Total train ride takes about 15 min.
To Shibuya : Walk to Sumiyoshi Station and take Hanzomon Line to Shibuya Station (29 min, 11 stops).
