Receptionist is quite friendly but bell boy is not helpful at all when we are carrying heavy luggage for taxi, he just stand and see. And room service engineer has poor communication, what all we spoke he cannot understand and how to make service to guest?

We were not aware that the hotel room is quite old. The room really need renovation. However, the staffs are really helpful and so friendly. I paid the even cheaper price for an apartment hotel that is far nicer with full amenities in Namba Osaka with breakfast inclusive.
The location and building is not bad but the room, bathroom and kitchen are quite old. There is no watcher and dryer in room. The blankets are not nice.

Big rooms at a low price in the city center

Access to the hotel from the airport is tricky if you have luggages and plan to take the train rather than taxi. The rooms are really big but the decoration and furnitures are in desperate need of a make over. Location is a really big bonus, subway station is right next to the hotel and shibuya is only minutes away.

Initially they gave us a double bed and for our room we specified to have two single beds. After complaining they managed to give us a different room. The second room was really spacious and comfortable, great light in the morning and really warm in winter. The stay was really comfortable. Its just annoying you have to catch the subway when you have a JR pass cos its not on the JR lines. Subway is easy enough though but itll cost you money to catch.

Lots is stairs leading to hotel from subway, so avoid heavy luggage.
