This is a great bargain. The spa was a special surprise. I would stay again and recommend to friends.
Great bath & health sauna. Nice sized rooms, good location.
The hotel could use a make-over. Paint peeling, a bit old.

The hotel was generally good. The room was small and there was no wardrobe to put clothes. But the room was comfortable enough. The front desk staff was kind and can speak English very well. Location was very good not in a crowded and noisy place but close to Kabukicho and subway stations. I think price is a bit high for such a small room but Japan is expensive.
Kind and good English speaking staff, location, and room facilities(water heater,sleeper etc).
Small room, no wardrobe in the room, just 4-5 channels on TV, and the price.
