The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was a reasonable size (for a Japanese hotel) My only complaint was that check out time was 10:00 and there was a lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke. The smoke was not overpowering, but as a non smoker I noticed it. Easy access from Haneda Airport, direct train to Asakusabure? station. Hotel is just round the corner.
