Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Easy access to small Restaurants and Shopping in the area. Reasonable priced for Tokyo. Rooms are a reasonable size for a relative new Hotel. Ask for a room with two single beds, which is larger and cost an extra per nite
Not well known. Taxi Drivers have difficulties to find the place. Make sure you have a map of the area. Staff is helpful without going overboard. Included breakfast needs a lot of improvement in its choice.
A reasonable new hotel in an area with bars, cafes and shops. Price is acceptable for the standard offered and for Tokyo. Its location is not well know and it is advisable to have a map of the area to show the Taxi Driver. For Sightseeing Tours you have to join the buses at other major Hotels in the area
Restaurant Tip : Plenty of small Restaurants and Bars in the area.
Don't stick to the Hotel Food only.

- Staff can speak English and they are pretty helpful.
- Amenities are good. I didn't expect there to have hair bands.
- The location is good.
-There should be staff helping guests to carry their luggages at the entrance which have stairs. There should be direction showing guests to use the elevator to get from the G/F to the front desk.
-More detailed map should be provided online.
-Breakfast could have included more varieties.
The location of the hotel is pretty good, walking distance from the metro station. There is also a convenience store at the G/F of the hotel, (Lawson) which operates 24/7. I went there during winter so the heater in the room was on. My friend and I thought that our room was too hot and we asked the staff to help adjust the temperature of the room. The staff came after 5 mins, which is very impressive.
However, it is pretty dangerous going out alone at night, because the hotel located at the 'red-light area' in Japan. Also, the airport bus wouldn't pass in front of the hotel. You have to take a cab (which is approximately 800yen) to get to Shinjuku West Exit (Bus Station).
The hotel is pretty new and clean.
