Near Sensoji. Only a couple of stops from UENO JR Station.
Away from the main JR stations. So be pay extra for the subway IF you are using the Japan Rail Pass - which only works for JR and some selected lines.
We were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was large and had 4 beds - perfect for us. Clearly the hotel has undergone some renovations and it certainly looks better than some shots on the net. The room we were in overlooks Sensoji. Fantastic view!
Restaurant Tip : The Hotel Staff recommended a well-known tempura restaurant (just in front of Sensoji). While there was a crowd when we arrived, we found the food only satisfactory - not fabulous for the hefty 1700Yen tag. You can get decent tempura meals for almost half of that tag.

Very clean. Very nice staff.
A little bit aside the big places of Tokyo, it is a peaceful place to stay after a good walk in town. Easy to find, pleasant to stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The senso-ji temple is close to the hotel and the asakusa -chome is a pleasant place to discover. The subway station is very near, so useful.

Clean, close to just about everything.
They lock the door at midnight some nights, so you have to have your key and talk to the staff via intercom to get in.
This hotel is great as long as you know what to expect. Typical for Japanese hotels, small comfy rooms. No frills, but friendly staff, and clean environment. Great decor, and easy to find! Absolutely would stay there again!
