Facilities in the hotel were great - we stayed 9 nights at this hotel, so the fact that a washing machine in the unit was very helpful. There was no charge - just need to bring your own laundry powder. There was also a stove, but no utensils (though we did not inquire about it). They also provided a router (no charge) so we did not have to worry about wifi. Amenities in the room were of the highest quality. The staff, while they spoke limited English, were extremely helpful and always went out of their way to ensure our comfort and address our needs. Rooms were comfortable - they had air purifiers and deodorizer in the room. There are also plenty of restaurants and grocery shops in the area. Also, easy access to two metro lines within 3 min walk of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

twin room is miles better than the double
Huge space for the twin: 2 bedrooms and a spacious lounge area!

Fantastic "twin" which comprises two double beds and a big lounge with sofas.
Slap bang in the middle of a really fantastic area of mid-scale bars (two English pubs nearby where we met a few expats who gave us the lowdown), and restaurants, cafes etc. Not pricey and not in the least neon/sleazy, just a nice little paved-street community.
Location: short walking distance to two stations giving you access to three lines.
Wifi available in the room (via a free wireless router they give you via a refundable 5000 yen deposit) and lobby/restaurant.
Restaurant Tip:
Really great sushi, ramen and izikawa places nearby, not to mention a couple of British pubs serving pretty good pub-grub and ales on tap.

Great Location - Rooms are a bit dark

Situated right in the centre of Akasaka and is easy travel distance to practically anywhere in Tokyo with 5 underground lines to choose from. The plus side is they have rooms with two bedrooms which is fabulous travelling with kids. The rooms though are very dark and our only window faced onto the wall of the building opposite.
Breakfast was not good. Plan to go to Starbucks.
Shopping Tip:
Just take a leisurely stroll to Tokyo Midtown.
