Lobby is located on the second floor of the building.
- Travel tip : I don't remember if it's the east or west side of the hotel, but with clear weather we can see Fujisan.

They permit smoking in the bar area - which seems strange to those of us who have lived in "smoke free" countries for a while.

Somewhat impersonal and lacking in Japanese "character". If you want to wake up and feel like you are staying in Japan, don't stay here. Look for a ryokan or smaller hotel.
- Restaurant Tip : Lots of great eating places within walking distance. Just go out and look for where the locals are crowding, especially noodle places. Don't be put off if there are no signs in English - just go in and watch and smile and gesture!
