this is a great hotel located in the shibuya area of tokyo. it is a 2 minute walk to shibuya station and located in a great area for shopping. the service at this location was great, upon checking in we were upgraded to a superior room. our room had a great view of the city and mount fuji.

Amazing hotel with great view, unbeatable location

I stayed at Cerulean for 3 nights during a solo trip to Tokyo just before Xmas 2011. It's not the cheapest place in the world to stay in but I thought I'd pay more for the location and convenience, and what a nice surprise! I woke up the next day looking out the window and found the Mt. FUJI is clearly in view from sitting in my bed!! it's gotta be the highlight of my whole stay. Also worth mentioning is the size of room is really good for tokyo standard, there was even a seperate walk-in wardrobe which is hard to come by in tokyo for sure. The location is superb, 2 minutes walk from Shibuya Station. 5 minutes walk from the famous Shibuya crossing! Can't ask for anything more for a weekend break in such an exciting city!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Take the airport bus which stops directly in front of the hotel, perfect for traveler with large luggage.

Cerulean tower is the best hotel . Located in shibuya area , this hotel is great for tourist .
Great staffs that speaks English . Rooms are huge and so is the toilet.
Beds are of high quality. Definitely a food choice.
With restaurants and convenien stores located just right below the hotel, made this even better.
With the train station just ard the corner, we manage to go to so many places.
Would definitely return back if we were to visit Tokyo
As well as introduce this great hotel to friends or families that are planning to go to Tokyo.

it was very convenient but still difficult to find once out of the subway as the shibuya station has five exits and it is complicated even when you know where to get out. this should be explained better on the website.
Restaurant Tip:
Great sushi place in the Mark shopping center on the fourth floor.

bed is like a rock, service is the worst ive had in tokyo (and i know as i lived there for 8 years!)
the word hospitality doesnt seem to translate into "cerulean tower Japanese'... funny that as the rest of Tokyo totally gets it.
