Great Location
Great views from all rooms.

we stayed here for 3 x nights after a ski trip in north japan. hotel is great, and we got a bus from the airport which takes you right to the hotel.
room are big for tokyo, and the views are fantastic. we looked out across tokyo with mt fuji in the distance.

great location but beginning to feel dated

I've been staying on and off at this hotel for over 10 years now, and always return because of the excellent location near to Shibuya station and all of the shopping districts of Hayajuku and omotosando... however the design and service of this hotel are beginning to show their age. Expensive extras charges such as internet, health club and business centre that most hotels offer free of charge make this experience feel a little dated and overpriced.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Buffet Breakfast is charged at 33 euros! my advice would be to take your breakfast in a local cafe for a cheaper and all round more agreeable experience

Outstanding Hotel!!!
This hotel has lots of space. It's clean with great views and perfect location for shopping and close to the station.

We absolutely loved this hotel after staying in a tiny one for 5 nights. The Cerulean impressed us with its size and it's spectacular views of the Shinjuku and Mt Fuji! The staff were the friendliest i've come across and the offered a useful women's pack consisting of face wash, cleaners and toners. We found the hotel easy from Shibuya station by asking the helpful JR staff. The proximity to the station was very useful when wanting to travel by train around japan.

Good hotel with great location

Good hotel with a very good location close to the famous Shibuya crossing.
Internet is not free which is a bit disapointing in such a good hotel.
Good size pool.
We had a room in 28th floor in january and we did not get the room cold enough in the night for our taste. Bear in mind that we are from Norway
Service was as expected in Japan great!
All in all highly recommended hotel for a reasonably price.
Nightlife Tip:
Catch a show in the Robot restaurant in Shinjuku. Only in Japan!

Great location for a great hotel

The Cerulean is a very competent business hotel in Shibuya that's comfortably close to all the Shibuya has to offer. 5 minutes from the train station, and with an airport transfer that comes all the way to the basement, it was also easy to find and depart from.
The rooms offer a great panoramic bird's eye view of the city, and when conditions are good, the sunrise/sunsets are really spectacular, if you're lucky enough to be facing East/West.
The staff are also quite helpful, and communicate in English well.
The only disappointment was that the rooms weren't pristine, with some coffee stains clearly visible on the carpet. Also, when we upgraded to the more expensive sky room, the window wasn't cleaned properly, and for some reason the humidity of the room caused the glass to fog up, so we never had a good look at the view.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The city view rooms have already have a great view. I don't think the sky view rooms are worth the extra, unless you're at the very top of the tower, you shouldn't bother with them, in my opinion.
