The room was very spacious compared to orher 5-star hotels in Tokyo. Hotel like this would cost much more but through agoda i got pretty good deal so i definitely enjoyed my stay at Cerulean hotel.

I cannot complain anything about this hotel. The only thing that i didnt like was the pillows. The pillows were not very comfortable, or maybe that is how Jpanese people sleep. However i'd much prefer if they were all feathers pillows.

The location is excellent, close to the Shibuya crossing and plenty of transport options. This makes it a good base for visiting other parts of Tokyo. We did not try any of the restaurants or fitness centre (which had an extra charge, by the way) so cannot comment on those. There is a 7-11 right next to the hotel which is very handy for basic things like bottled water. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room, as you might expect in Tokyo, was rather small but clean. The beds were actually quite uncomfortable so I didn’t sleep so well. If you want to stay at this location, this is one of the best hotels, but if you’re not too bothered about this location then I would imagine there are better options. All in all, we were happy with our stay.
