Price, location, modern facilities, "business hotel"

This hotel was a great deal. Being on a honeymoon, it was nice to stay at a budget place that didn't seem like a motel. Size was small for American standards, as was expected in Tokyo. The location is right near Tokyo Metro Akasaka Station. The surroundings are quite nice, with a shrine nearby and eateries everywhere.

Friendly staff. Good location - just across the subway stop. Modern decor

Size of standard room was small

Staff spoke excellent English and were helpful in arranging airport bus tickets for us. Going to the airport bus stop only cost 710 yen which is reasonable if you have a lot of luggage. Check in times are the best we have come across in japan. Reasonable cleanliness. Walking distance to roppongi hill and shopping. Right across from subway - using exit 6 or 7 of Akasaka station. They allow for sleeping in and will clean the room even if you leave late as long as they are notified before 3 pm. Recommend hotel to those looking in mid range bracket.

Restaurant Tip : The food court at the bottom of Tokyo midtown shopping complex is excellent.
