Near to Bakurocho station, where you can take JR or subway lines. It's just beside exit no 4. The bad thing (about the station) is it has so many steps, so if carry a heavy luggage, be warned.
The hotel is nice, nice staff and good breakfast.

Enjoyed the Japanese breakfast; though room was small but had all the amenities (slippers, overcoat, kettle, green tea etc)

Easy to travel within the city via their metro & subway from Hotel. Room was small for 2 persons, but the compactness means everything was within easy reach.

the bed is a little bit small but i was so happy that there was free wifi. the hotel is next to bakurocho jr station not tokyo station as stated. it is quite far from tokyo station. once there, it was easy to get around both by jr and subway but not many restaurants around. the hotel provide free brewed coffee from 15:00 - 24:00 and breakfast. check out time is 10:00, which is a bit early and the staff very strict. however, it is a nice hotel and would stay next time when i visit tokyo.

the hotel is the next door on the left from bokurocho exit 4 jr sobu line and 7-11 is also next to the hotel. the room was quite new and leaved some space to put my laggages.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
10 mins walk to Metro Ginsa line to Asakusa. If you like to use JR as main transportation, you must check Sobu line time schedule because it doesn't have often line like Yamanote.

We chose this hotel because it is close to Tokyo station and we have to get there early on the morning next day to catch a Sinkansen train. The hotel is located at Bakurocho which is not a commerical street and quiet at night. There is a 7-11 just beside the hotel so it is easy to buy fill-ups and drinks. I like the hotel because the breakfast buffet (complimentary) is very nice, the place is a little bit small for the guests though. There are western food like eggs sausages but also Japanese food like Miso soup and rice ball. The fruits in the breakfast are from Japan and it tastes really good. Staff at the front desk are good at English so do not worry. The room facilities are more or less the same as other Tokyo hotels at this cost level.
Shopping Tip:
This is a very good hotel if you plan to take traffic from Tokyo Station. The Comfort hotel is only two subway stations far from Tokyo stations so even if you need to take a very early train on Tokyo station you do not have to wake up that early. The street near the hotel are not very busy and it is not proper for shopping. However given the proximity to subway stations it is always easy to go to other places for shopping like Ginza and Ueno.

Hotel is easily accessible via the JR Line. Staffs are able to speak basic english. Room may be small but all the necessities stuffs are provided. Never really try their breakfast, but saw the menu only cereal, bread were provided. Hotel was good, but you may need to take note of the JR line. As there are no escalators, you may have to drag your huge luggages down the stairs unless some helpful citizens help you them. You walk and climb a lot in Tokyo.
