well...very comfortable stay, excellent service fm the bell up to the room service. very attentive staff n well done. keep it up! i had a wonderful experience at the wine lounge was served by (one of the service staff), very well manner n knowledgeable in his work. truly a different kind of experience stay..
Shopping Tip:
U must really do ur homework before u come to Tokyo or just kindly ask the reception for direction where u shd go for ur shopping. Well i guess the nearer shoping area will b at Ginza n it will takes about 10 -15 by foot. Great food, great shopping n great party!

the service was always excellent and friendly and i've already been in touch with them 3 times in the last week taking care of details and they reply instantly with everything requested and all the necessary information. as far as we are concerned this is the only hotel we would ever stay in because of the location and the wonderful service. i hope others will enjoy it as much as we did.

This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The best value for money. The room is fantastic with all the proper ammenities. Bed and bathroom is great. Very modern through out, very well managed. The view of Tokyo Bay is amazing. Service is well worth the tip!
