This hotel located in downtown Tokyo is within walking distance of one of the most famous landmarks in Japan; The Imperial Palace. The hotel offers 180 rooms all of which come complete with a personal computer and free internet connection, flat screen TV and comfortable furnishings. The in-house restaurant serves delicious dishes from southern Italy and there are many types of eateries and local food stalls around the area outside the hotel. Across from the hotels main entrance is the Shimbashi station which will take you to other parts of Tokyo easily and quickly. The Dai-ichi Annex Hotel is comfortably close to major tourist destinations such as Disneyland and the Tokyo Dome which makes the hotel very popular with families.

clean and friendly staff, convenience. small room, lack of facility. very good location with friendly staffing, but room is very small, not much things you can do in the hotel, nor restaruant, however is good for short stay or biz travelers. But do close to train or subway that can take you to different sightseeing.

Great value for money
Rooms larger than average for Tokyo
English speaking, conscientious and helpful staff
Free internet, English newspaper, massage chair lack of in-house gym
only one restaurant in hotel The hotel is in a central location, staff are conscientious, very helpful, and speak English - they let me check in very early (8 AM)on the day of my arrival. Rooms are very comfortable and larger than average for Tokyo. The massage chair, English newspaper every morning, and free internet are definitely appreciated!
The only con is the lack of a exercise facility in the hotel, although they do give you a discount coupon to use the gym right next door. I have been staying in hotels in Tokyo for 25 years and this hotel is a great value for money with no real negatives. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
Shopping Tip : There is a food market on the ground floor in the Shimbashi Station, 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, that has great baked goods, fruit, wine, etc. If you aren't in the mood to spend a lot on breakfast, this is a great alternative.

Nice place to stay. Excellent location. Huge bed (two twins). The best price / quality ratio. Clean, quit, helpful staff. I would go there again when in Tokyo. They got also spare umbrellas:) Nice if they had bycicles, too.
