Clean room and convenient location
Clean room, biggest advantage is the convenient location to subway, restaurants, and shopping.

1. I have stayed in this hotel several times. The staffs friendliness and English ability varies. Depend on your luck. Usually the female staff is MUCH more friendly than male one.
2. Room is very clean. Wifi speed depends on the location of the room. Good luck if you are assigned up the corner one.
3. I am 5'3" ; thus the size of the bathroom and tub really doesn't matter to me. You will feel difficult to even turn around if you are 5'10" or teller. Basically you can't sit in or enjoy a nice and warm tub shower in this mini tiny sized of bathroom. This is Tokyo after all.

Small, Quiet Rooms
Close to the subway, and McDonalds.

The rooms are very tiny, dominated completely by the bed and the desk, but it's a budget traveler hotel, not the kind of room you use for anything other than sleeping. The internet is free, but good luck with a connection anywhere above the lobby. The staff is polite and generally friendly but not going to go to any lengths to be helpful, such as to call you a taxi. Speaking of cabs, the hotel is not well known by taxi drivers, even giving the address and having it put in one drivers GPS he made several false stops before finding it. All in all I wouldn't stay there again, but it was ok for the price.

Good value for Tokyo. No pool or gym. Room is small but clean. Good shower. Ice machine on 8th and 3rd floor. Metro station right next door. 7/11 across the street with a good selection of Japanese and some Western food. Find Shinjuku-Higashi metro stop. Take exit A1 out of metro station.
