The staff amazing
great eating places around the hotel and value for money.
Amazing view from the room quite a distance away from main places like Shibuya, Shinjuku , Ropongi. Location was the only issue for me My Business partner and i had a late check in due to the late arrival of the flight to Tokyo Narita Airport. I was a bit anxious at first being my first hotel online booking experience however there were absolutely no issues with checking in, a very smooth transition. We had an amazing view which made work more enjoyable, surrounded by great places to eat within walking distance and great value.Top notch customer service. I fully recommend this Hotel is a great stay. My one issue is that it is very far from places like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ropongi, Shinagawa , Akihabara etc would cost you around 5000 yen cabbing it to these places,however the train station is a mere 10min walk away from the hotel. My rating for the Stay at East 21 Hotel 9/10.
Restaurant Tip : Buffet American style breakfast was fantastic, located down at the end of the lobby times 7am -10am weekdays and 7am - 11am weekends.

Room was neither big nor small. I was positively surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel (as for almost all Japanese hotels I visited).
