Good location near the train station, clean and modern rooms, good security, very spacious rooms for Tokyo standard, reasonable price.
Does not replenish toiletries needs reminding.
The hotel has a good location near to 2 train stations about a 3 min walk. If you want to take a taxi it is also very cheap as it costs about 700Yen only to get to the main Shinjuku Station! Convenient for those who want to take the Narita express without having to lug around your suitcase! The taxi takes you to the station steps and a short walk to the platform! However one weird exception is that you have to constantly call housekeeping to have your toiletries replenished everyday!?

Spacious room with a unblock view, which was a pleasant surprise. Quiet surroundings, no unruly guests and this place is just one station away from Shinjuku. Great price for studio room.
Breakfast definitely need to do better. There was not enough seating area. We are not fussy eaters but the breakfast is simply too simple.. boiled eggs, 4 types of breads, milk, orange juice, ham, margarine, jam. Anything else? And another thing is, the price here for one night stay shot up like 40% just 1month after we returned from the trip.
