Would for sure stay again and will do! Good security with 24 access, value for money stay, breakfast was fine continental style, location of Cafe only weakness. A1Subway only 6 mins walk away along with choice of 2 stations less than 4 mins away.
Location for trains, local shopping perfect with Tesco Express right there. Hotel clean, well managed.
Cafe area bit slack on lower level.
- Shopping Tip : Turn left at Tesco Express and walk as long as you wish, any shopping you need will come at you!

Inside hotel well appointed, space very big, has the refrigerator, the kitchenware, the washer, the sound, but also has the very good night scene.

To a Sinjuku station distance, must transfer to another vehicle,
the hiring -like apartment, is not certainly good in the hotel
service, the entrance guidance is not obvious, must look very for a
long time

The hotel is well located just a few minutes in a taxi from Shinjuku station. The staff were very courtious and helpful and were able to provide helpful advice on the location of ATM's etc. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The Fraser Place Howff provided an ideal base for our visit to Tokyo.
Excellent location, well appointed rooms, competent and courtious staff.
size of the dinning are was a bit small making breakfast a bit of a lottery for seats.

Ensure you exit via the main exit from the train station or you will walk alot further than required and through poorly lit streets. However main exit takes only 3 minutes and feels much safer.
- Restaurant Tip : Plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

There is a convenience store by the train station, stock up on snacks for your room there. The complimentary coffee and tea packets in the room are bland. The breakfast room looks like something out 2001 Space Odyssey - very trippy.
