good location to move around, very near to all the good sushi restaurants which served value for money food.
Hotel staffs were not very friendly.
It's a good experience staying in this hotel, it's small but its clean. It's easy to move around where the Tsukiji Station is just within walking distance to access to many places. The plus point is so near to the Tsukiji Fish Market that you can wake up at 5.50am and take a morning walk of 10 minutes to see the interesting tuna bidding center, follow up by having a sashimi or sushi breakfast, fresh from the market. Its a real experience! The only minus point of the hotel is that the staffs were not very helpful may be they cannot understand English and cannot speak. Anyway, its a good hotel to stay.
Restaurant Tip : Sushizanmai near Tsukiji Market, its 24 hours operation.

good price for location. Nice detail with good quality pillows. Free broadband in room.
noisy and high-pressure breakfast room with cafeteria quality fare; no exercise facility.
The hotel is exactly what one should expect of budget accommodation located centrally in a major city. The room was just adequate for my purpose, which was a short business trip, staying at the hotel four nights. I picked the hotel on the basis of three factors: location, price and internet access, which was included in the room price. Like all Japanese hotels, the accommodation was very clean. I expected everything to be minimalist, and so was by no means surprised at all to find the room just large enough to turn around in, with a bathroom that is no bigger than what might be built into a caravan/mobile-home. One nice touch was the quality of the pillows, which was very good indeed. Given that one stays in a hotel to get good sleep, this was a nice detail - the bed was also completely satisfactory.
The breakfast buffet was varied and I suspect acceptable by most people's standards, although I think it was overpriced. I found the rice had a strong metallic after-taste, the smoked fish much too dry (no, it's not meant to be that way), the fried food too greasy, and the eggs sloppy. If I would have had the time, I would certainly have looked for an alternative My particular problem is that I like a large variety of fresh fruit, dried fruit, fresh juice, good coffee and good bread for breakfast, and that is something rarely available, even in the best of hotels. Do forget about getting good coffee at the Ginza Capital - much better to go with the flow, and drink one of the local teas. My main issue with the breakfast was the noise and cafeteria style seating. I travel a great deal for work, and a quiet, unhurried, peaceful breakfast is a good way to prepare for the day. Don't expect to be able to do that at the Ginza. It's the kind of expectation
Shopping Tip : lots of small convenience shops nearby

price, location, wi-fi, friendly staff
The Ginza Capital Hotel Annex has a clean and well appointed lobby. The rooms are small but for the minimal price and great location the hotel offers good value for your dollar. I was able to receive free wi-fi in my room although the signal was not very strong. My only complaint would be the minimal A/C was not able to provide much cooling. However, the windows open wide and can help but the street noise makes this a less than idea option. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Easy walking to Ginza shopping area the onto the Imperial Palace no need to take the subway if you're in decent shape
