Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great hotel, great view
Better location for shopping than city
9.3
This hotel is big, above train station, surrounded by few shopping areas and has sea and rainbow bridge view from breakfast lounge at 30th floor. Awesome! The staff hotel are very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was big enough for our family and also had beautiful sea view.
Shopping Tip:
Go to shopping area is easy, there is shuttle bus for free to catch.

The hotel is very nice and location is convenient to access the surroundings. However, the overall service was not friendly as the hotel rank.

Spacious Rooms at Great Loction
9.7
The hotel is connected to the Yurikamone Line station (not JR Lines). It is 7 stations away to the major JR lines. Odaiba area itself is packed with too many shopping centres, which is great. Everything is within walking distances. Legoland and Sega Joyland are here too. Not to mention the spectacular view that can be seen at night around the area.
The room is very spacious with 3 beds. Everything about this hotel, we love it.

A posh hotel at a funky district
Great location for shopping and entertainment
8.7
This huge hotel has a fantastic ambiance that you feel as soon as you enter. The front desk checks you in with the famous Japanese efficiency. The rooms are superb with heaps of amenities. The concierge is best-in-class!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
For techies the Toyota Web over at Venus Fort is a must.

Great Hotel, just a bit far away
Excellent hotel in a great island (Odaiba) just south of the main Tokyo Area
7.3
No shortage of good service here. The rooms were very good. Great hotel experience. However, if staying late at in main areas of Tokyo is your intent, then this would not be the best location.
This hotel is located a bit far away. I would recommend a hotel closer to the city for this price point.

Wonderful Location - Fabulous Hotel
Lovely Restaurants, Reasonable price for parkiing.
9.7
We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to Lego Discovery Center and other tourist spots was great. Parking was only 1000Yen for the entire stay that was a plus. Though size of "twin" beds are small by American standards the size of the room itself as great and the bathroom was amazing!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is a free bus that circle the Odaiba area and makes stops at different areas/attractions.

Big room with an awesome view
View, Location and facilities
9.7
Great view of the Rainbow Bridge/Bay Area from the hotel room which was spacious with lots of toiletry amenities such as separate standing shower & bath tub, night/day moisturing cream, body care, different soap/body wash, etc.
Although location was fantastic which was next to subway, the monorail transport cost to travel to town was on the high side at slightly more than Yen300 per 1 way trip. This was the only downside.
Room was very spacious and staff was courteous.
Nightlife Tip:
Plenty to see with the Gundam fair next door and many shopping malls around the hotel which was not too crowded and makes shopping much more pleasant.
