Great service.
Good breakfast.
Nice beds. Some of the staff have a very limited English language.
They should ask if you need a non smoking floor I have stayed at this hotel several times, and I find the hotel very nice and convienient. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are big and nice, and always clean and pleasant.
The lack of good English understanding can although lead to some problems, when you need to complain or ask for help.
Restaurant Tip : Try the Sushi restaurant in the nearby Daiba shopping center. Very good sushi, and a perfect Japanese athmosphere!

i really satisfied of staying at grand pacific le daiba hotel. the location is so strategic, the hotel is clean and the transportation is good we need to pay for swimming pool and sauna staying at grand pacific le daiba is satisfied overall, the hotel is nice, in good location, easy to find food and there is a convenient shop that open for 24 hours. the hotel has a shuttle bus to disneyland, to shinagawa and also to venus fort. the train station also in front of the hotel. the restaurant is nice.... only we needed to pay to use the sauna and swimming pool...

Atmosphere was amazing and the hospitality was highly noticable-all employees were anxious to assist with everything. Room was very beautiful and very comfortable to stay in. Everything was fantastic-no cons on my end. My stay at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Tokyo was fantastic. The room was excellent with everyting that I needed while staying in Tokyo. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a larger varity of food to choose from, and the hosptitaliy of the personnell was excellent. The location of this hotel was only 10 minutes from my place of businees which made it very convienent to get to work by walking. I would recommend this hotel for others and I will look forward to booking future trips with the Grand Pacific Hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Alot to see and do as a family with Disney land a few minutes away

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Convenient bath/shower amenities provided. Tidy room. Bed skirt had stains (though bedding I actually slept in was clean). Bathroom counter was missing paint in several areas, quite unfitting for the quality of the rest of the room. The hotel location is great - the Daiba train station connects directly to the hotel, and many attractions are within close walking distance. The front desk staff was very helpful, helped me plan my train route home. The room was tidy, although the stains on the bed skirt made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the bed - not something I want to wonder about when staying in a hotel. Wonderful amenities provided for bath/shower. Fitness center was small, but nice, and charged a 1,050 yen fee.

It is a really good hotel in Tokyo ! New ! Big & Nice staff! Too many people visit this area special on saturday and sunday ! A really good hotel even compare with other 5 stars hotel. The staff is nice and helpful, Nice Declaration & big room - special bathroom. Next to hotel is a 24 hrs mini shop and it is very convenience ! Near hotel is a big shopping mall and game centre, also suitable for children and not only for shopping! You can enjoy to stay in this hotel !
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Next to hotel with big shopping mall, do not recommend to stay in this hotel on saturday and sunday becasue too many people and too crown !!

Very good location, Good size rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms smelt strongly of cigarettes. Make sure you request a non-smoking room. This hotel is in a great location for shopping and entertainment. Close to all the major attractions of the island, with a free shuttle bus for those who don't want to walk. The rooms are a good size in western standards. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Many restaurants and gift shops at the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to Venus fort for fashions and pet fashions. Go to Joypolis for kids entertainment.

It is placed at very good location.
Luckily, i was upgraded.
Hotels other amenities is also nice.
They need to have more services between the airport and hotel as cost of taxi is too high in japan. I really like my stay in hotel pacific le daiba. I would definately come back to stay in the same hotel whenever i visit next to japan, for sure, this will be my first choice. This hotel is located at a very good location with too many things to do & also since it just next to the odaiba station, it is must easier to commute within other areas of tokyo. I want to thank all staff and especially the manager who upgraded me. This action from hotel part has made me their fan!!!!
