The Grand Prince Akasaka is easy to get around, you won't get lost like some big hotels. It is walking distance (5 min) to many retail shops and resturants. The support staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms appear to be clean except for the carpet and furnature stains. Front desk staff seem to be to stressed out, it was the only place I found unfriendly people.
