service at reception was great situation to trainstation and shops perfect nice room (upgraded for non smoking required) helpful guest relation to get ticket for cirque du soleil event on april 2nd,09 very helpful to organize change of next hotel good and well assorted breakfast really helpful to store our luggage and safety box for our values until April 2nd

Very friendly service.

Food & beverage facilities are very poor.

Location of the hotel is excellent. But most of hotel staff has only limited English speaking ability.

Restaurant Tip : There are many small Japanese restaurants near the hotel.

room is very big and breakfast is so good.

room decor is very old.

I really liked hotel location - beautiful Japanese gardens and close to the Shinagawa station which you can connect shinkansen train and a lots of shops and restaurant. Room was very big but decor is very old - could be retro. Breakfast coupon is a value.

Restaurant Tip : there are so many cafe, bar and restaurant around the area. also, you could go to roppongi or azabu area by taxi only take 15min.
